Loki is a very loving sweet goofy boy. He came to us because his older brother picked on him all his life and now he doesn't like other dogs and his owner could no longer keep him.
Loki grew up in a country environment and has gone to Board and Train at Side by Side Dog Training to learn some obedience and how to behave in public and in the house.
He is doing amazing and so wants to please. He is house trained crate trained and loves all people big and small. He has completed training and we are hoping to have a forever home ready for him. Not only will you be adopting a beautiful well trained boy but you will also get the support and some free follow-up training with his trainer. How can you go wrong! This is Rollie we are courtesy posting for another rescue. This is what his trainer Sherry Garcia with Side by Side Dog Training had to say "Rollie was in my board and train program over the summer. His plans for a foster home didn't work out. Rollie is currently boarded at my house. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do much more with training since I continuously get new clients that need my full attention. But he still has daily rules and boundaries to follow, and his day is still structured. Rollie would love a foster or forever home that would continue his training. I will support the training efforts with foster or forever home."
Rollie is house trained and crate trained. He would do best with one or two adults who would be strong leaders for him. He will need to be the only pet in the house.
Rollie loves napping and snoring after a nice walk. His favorite toys are nylabones and marrow bones. He loves feeding time.
Rollie is a good boy who just needs guidance and keeping a calm state of mind when meeting new people.

Tess adopted out a year and a half ago and came back to us due to her owner passing away.
Tess did go through board and train, but the training did not get any follow up. Side by Side Dog Training will give 3 private lessons to get her started right. When we got her she had 0 people socialization and had been hanging out in a homeless camp.
Tess came back to us quite overweight. We are working to get her back to ideal weight.
She is a beautiful soul, that loves going for walks and spending time cuddled on the couch. She gets along with both dogs and cats with proper introductions.
She is house trained and crate trained.
